Automotive Customer Service Representative

Job description

Eric’s Car Care is seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to help build our customer experience. Customer satisfaction is the main function of this position. Great customer service combined with people skills will be utilized to manage customer relationships. A key responsibility for this position will be to educate and up-sell services to customers.

Responsibilities will include:

Answering phone calls and setting appointments
Greeting customers and checking them in
Promote the sales of preventive maintenance services and repairs.
Managing daily workflow effectively and efficiently
Effectively and clearly communicate with customers
Following up with customers
Treating our guests with the utmost respect under all circumstances
Assist with clerical tasks
Job Requirements

• Great face-to-face customer service skills

• Strong phone skills

• Ability to multi-task

• Must have great attitude

• Quick learner

• Able to educate and sell to customer

• Integrity and Honesty

• Experience in the automotive field preferred but not required

• Experience with administrative and clerical procedures

• Professional dress and manners

Ability to seek and accept coaching and direction

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 – $18.00 per hour
