Schedules service appointments. Obtains customer and vehicle data prior to arrival when possible.
Greets customers in a timely, friendly manner.
Provides a complete and accurate written cost estimate for labor and parts. Establishes “promised time”.
Checks on the progress of repair throughout the day. Contacts customers regarding any changes in the estimate or promise time, explains cost and time requirements in detail and gets proper authorization before any additional repairs are performed.
Advise customers on the care of their cars and the value of maintaining their vehicles in accordance with manufacturers’ specifications, using maintenance menus.
Present the best solution to properly repair our customer’s vehicle in a way that is easy for them to understand.
Consistently and effectively sell our services without jeopardizing honesty and integrity.
Maintain a positive attitude and team atmosphere at all times.
Communicate on the phone in a clear, professional manner
Build long-term relationships between the store, yourself and the customer.
Participates in performing customer service activities.
Greet every customer that enters our facility with hospitality and respect.
Min. one year of experience writing automotive service in a professional shop.
Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
General knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations.
Professional personal appearance.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
